Silver Creek Surgery Center is a state-of-the-art outpatient facility dedicated exclusively to interventional pain management. Our center provides a comfortable, efficient setting for minimally invasive procedures designed to diagnose and treat acute and chronic pain.
We specialize in image-guided treatments for spine, joint, and nerve-related pain, including cervical and lumbar epidural injections, facet joint injections, and medial branch blocks. Many procedures utilize steroid therapy or platelet-rich plasma (PRP) to reduce inflammation and support healing.
With a focus on safety, precision, and patient comfort, Silver Creek Surgery Center supports individualized treatment plans that help patients reduce pain, improve function, and return to daily activities.

Dr. Harpreet Singh is a highly specialized, quadruple board-certified physician with over 25 years of clinical experience. A recognized TBI (Traumatic Brain Injury) expert, he combines advanced medical technologies with holistic approaches to deliver compassionate, patient-centered treatment.
Dr. Singh's background spans primary care, palliative care, and academic medicine, including his role as Associate Clinical Professor at UC Davis Medical Center. Designated as a Qualified Medical Examiner (QME) by the California Division of Workers' Compensation, he also serves as an expert witness, evaluating disability and preparing medical-legal reports. With a focus on helping patients manage pain, recover from complex injuries, and restore quality of life, Dr. Singh integrates modern medical innovations with whole-person care.
On the day of your procedure, our clinical team will guide you through each step of the process—from check-in and vitals to recovery. All procedures are performed on an outpatient basis, with careful attention to patient comfort and safety.
Patients are monitored closely before and after their procedure to ensure a smooth experience before returning home the same day.
